Introduction
It is not easy being me!
(It’s not easy being anybody – but I mostly know about me!)
I wrote a book on the childhood of Albert Ellis, with the intention of correcting the mistakes that persist in REBT (and presumably in derived forms of CBT), which arose out of the psychological trauma inflicted upon Little Albert Ellis by his neglectful parents.
